The actress paired this stunning cocktail dress with Stella McCartney shoes, a Judith Leiber purse and Stephen Webster jewels.

The 19-year-old took home the surfboard for the Inspiration Award. This award is given to ”an inspiring teen celebrity who uses her celebrity power to make a difference in the world.”

I think her dress was perfectly age appropriate. The colors were a little wintery for the current season, but she still rocked it!
