Rihanna is well-known for her rebelish ways in most every area of her life — except for one.
“[I’m] rebellious through my music, through my fashion, tattoos, and my hair,” the superstar tells the August issue of Harper’s Bazaar. “I have been conservative in my love life… it’s pretty much nonexistent. If I come across someone who I find really cool, I’ll hang out. But the minute I find that we’re getting too close I just — I don’t let people in.”
Rihanna is featured on the cover of the Harper’s Bazaar’s newsstand’s edition magazine. Rihanna looks gorgeous in a white silk Calvin Klein Collection dress, which was paired off with a gold chain-linked Neil Lane bracelet.
The down to earth star revealed to the magazine how hurt she’s felt in previous relationships.
“When I was in love, I fell so hard…The way it made me feel was priceless,” she admits. “And in a blink of an eye my whole life changed. Everything that I knew was different. I never thought I’d feel that pain in my life. I’m afraid of feeling that again.”
Although, like any women, Rihanna is now more cautious when it comes to love, she’s won’t ever change her comfort level when it comes to taking fashion risks.
On the second cover, she wears a gold long-sleeve gown and blue knee-high snakeskin boots, both by Tom Ford.
There is one thing Rihanna wishes she could have,
“I need a butt. I have an idea of one, but it’s not living up to its full potential right now.”
