Amber Riley was crowned the winner of the 17th season of Dancing with the Stars.
The Glee star and her dancing partner Derek Hough were declared winners earlier in the night, ahead of Corbin Bleu who came in second and Jack Osbourne, who finished third.
“THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOOOOOOUUUUUU! I can’t believe it!!!! AAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH!” Amber posted on Twitter, ecstatic with her win.
She and Derek performed their winning routine the next morning on Good Morning America, impressing audiences once again.
“It meant a lot to me,” said Amber “Man, it was hard. It was something I’ve never done before and I put myself in a position to do something new and hard every single week.”
Amber is so pleased to take home the coveted mirrorball trophy she plans to give a place on her Thanksgiving table when she celebrates the annual American holiday on Thursday.
“It’s going to be the centrepiece at Thanksgiving! No turkey!” she joked. “I’m very proud of myself. I can’t believe … Well, I guess I can believe I endured to the end, because I worked very, very hard and I’m really happy.”
Congratulations on your win Amber!
