This outfit is from Forever 21 and has the perfect mixture of colours and styles, the added warmth is just a bonus. The navy and white striped long sleeve sweater is a versatile piece that incorporates the ongoing stripe trend.

Even though the weather is cooling down it doesn’t mean skirts have to go into hibernation. The rich mustard yellow corduroy skirt is not only cute and comfortable but also adds a hint of warm color.

By tucking in the shirt, the stripes don’t overpower the rest of the outfit. Colored tights have been a favorite this season and the deep burgundy blends well with the yellow tone of the skirt.

For accessories I chose the classic knitted beanie hat that brings in an effortless boho chic flare to the outfit. For shoes I opted for a rustic western bootie detailed with studs (Steve Madden). I also wore earrings from Aldo, and the dark brown shoulder bag with gold chain strap was the final addition.

I have worn the tights with various outfits  for various occasions and they have yet to rip. They are amazing quality for $7.80, so much so that I plan on going back and stocking up on more!

We gave this outfit a high score because each piece can be used for a variety of other outfits easily. I have worn each article with an abundance of other outfits. They seem to have become staple pieces in my wardrobe. The whole outfit was very cheap, the most expensive piece was the shirt! And the best part was the great combination of fabulous colors!

Overall the outfit is super cute, perfect for fall. Mustard, burgundy and navy are super trendy right now. It’s comfy but chic! We highly recommend you going to Forever 21 and checking out the variety of wintery/fall options they have available!
